It is rather simple to reserve a date with us. Just provide us with your estimated number of guests, desired date and time and contact and billing details and we can calculate the deposit required to reserve the date.
The booking deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of payment. After that date it is non refundable as we will decline all other enquiries for that date.
Absolutely. Changes to the guest numbers can be made up until 30 days prior to your function. It will affect the price or you may go below our minimum guests for the date you have selected, so contact your function coordinator to check.

Yes - consult your function coordinator to ensure your decoration plans are acceptable to Platinum Marquee Group. Most themes and styles can be accommodated, but must be approved by Platinum Marquee Group 30 days prior to function.
Of course you can. The florist is required to complete our external suppliers application form which is available from your function coordinator. All external suppliers must be approved 30 days prior to function by Platinum Marquee Group.
The minimum number of guests changes depending on the day of the week and time of year so please submit desired date and numbers on the following enquiry form and we will contact you asap.
Our venues operate 7 days per week and are available for functions from 7am through to midnight. Some of our venues can be extended beyond midnight for a fee - ask your function coordinator.
Yes! Every one of our venues has ample complimentary and well lit parking facilities.
